Develop the ability to visually model and analyse simple processes includes paramaterisation, result management and variation.
This course will enable you to :
- Collectively agree a process map and process times
- Understand where the waste is for process improvement
- Model the times
- Add other modelling maths – paramaterising inputs, costing .
- After the course is finished, the starter licence will enable you do a reasonable project or two in the process analysis area.
